It's a new year, and it brings the opportunity to see my work beginning this weekend!

I promised that 2017 will be a busy year for yours truly and I was not kidding!
The first opportunity to see my work in 2017 will take place this coming Saturday, January 14th, when the Monmouth Museum and Cultural Center presents its 38th Annual Juried Art Exhibition. The museum is on the grounds of Brookdale Community College, at 765 Newman Spring Road in Lincroft, New Jersey.
This is going to be a spectacular show, with work from artists across the country in all mediums, including a few I can't identify! I was able to get a glimpse of the amazing work that will be offered when I dropped off my photograph last Friday. My work, entitled "Photo Finish," is an extraordinary shot of four Optimist Dinghies in perfect balance during a regatta. The other works will be, in the words of a press release about the show, "..a stellar representation of the creative talent and contemporary art trends across the nation. This year we are presenting an eclectic mix of artworks...ranging in media from painting and sculpture to photography and printmaking. (The exhibit embraces)..the label of a must-see destination exhibition."
The Museum is open Tuesday-Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm; Friday: 10 am to 9 pm; and Sunday: 12 pm to 5 pm. The exhibition runs from the 14th to March 13th. Believe me, it will be well worth your time and energy to see it!
This is only the first of what will be many more opportunity to see my work. More will be coming next week. Check back soon for details.
